Dr Alexander Budzier is an expert on the challenges of managing projects, with a particular focus on IT, infrastructure, energy, mega events and change. In 2015, Alexander was named a Fellow in Management Practice at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
Alexander Budzier's research bridges theory and real-world implementation, transforming the way we approach complex projects. His commitment to enhancing project outcomes has solidified his position as a thought leader inspiring both individuals and organizations. His research focusses on the trade-offs project leaders make to deliver projects successfully. Prior to joining Oxford University, Alexander worked at T-Mobile International and was a consultant with McKinsey. He continues to apply insights, data, and world-leading research to projects as the co-founder of the specialist consultancy Oxford Global Projects.
