I'm the Head of Growth for Transformation, Delivery, and Consulting practice in AtkinsRéalis.

I've led broad multidisciplinary PMOs and have specialist experience in the design and implementation of business intelligence analytics and management information systems for projects, programmes and organisations. Over a number of years I’ve pivoted my career into management consultancy and service development and now operate across a broad range of consulting capabilities including PMO.

I started my career in civil engineering and engineering project management and use my understanding of how projects are delivered, gained through working across infrastructure, aerospace and defence, to design and lead high performing PMOs.

Outside of work I like being outdoors with my husband, son and daughter. We love Scotland and Cornwall. I also enjoy canoeing with my scout group, am helping my community build a wind turbine and keep chickens.

We’ve identified new services to add to PMO catalogues, new perspectives for performance management, and are developing relevant performance metrics to bring certainty to delivery for Net Zero.
