Group Change Head of Capability & Development:

My career began in commercial lending for Lloyds. I oversaw a project to move the Area HO which inspired my next move to work in organisational development in the Police Service. This led to me being Head of Portfolio Management for the Government’s Counter Terrorism Portfolio, with a real sense of worth attached to the role.

I became a high-risk reviewer for Government projects and secured my next role in the Cabinet Office. Next up, the Office for National Statistics to lead the new Portfolio Management Division to run their complex change portfolio.

Five years later, I moved across to be Head of Portfolio Management at NFU Mutual to support their rapidly increasing investment in major change.

A year ago, I moved roles within NFU Mutual to become Group Change Head of Capability and Development, looking at our service offering and capability to deliver complex change of the future.
