Steve was Managing Consultant at TCS and retired towards the end of 2022. He has over 30 years’ experience of business & IT change through portfolio, programme & project management as both interim manager and consultant, and has managed complex portfolios & programmes of over £60M. Steve is a past and current co-chair of the APM Specific Interest Group for Portfolio Management.

Co-author of Portfolio Management – a Practical Guide (APM 2019) and The Agile Portfolio – fact or fiction? (APM 2019).
