APM Project Management Awards 2021

Join us to make the 2021 APM Awards the biggest celebration of the project profession yet

On Monday 15 November we’re making the well overdue return to Old Billingsgate in London to celebrate the finest in the project profession at the 2021 APM Awards – but it wouldn’t be a celebration without you! We have three tiers of tickets available to allow you to select the perfect option for a perfect evening, with discounted rates available for our individual members.

The evening takes place from 6:30pm, bar closing at 12:30am.

It’s our aim to make sure everyone attending the event feels as comfortable as possible as soon as they step through the door, so to allow more space and movement in the venue this year there will be a limited number of tickets available, and we are only offering individual tickets rather than table packages. Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that groups of larger than four will all be seated together.

Choose a gold ticket and you’ll be choosing the best seats in the house – a perfect way to celebrate your finalist's achievements. If you are entertaining clients, you will be seated amongst the ceremony VIP's.

Want to be in the thick of it? Silver tickets provide a good view of the stage and place you right at the heart of the ceremony atmosphere.

Bronze tickets are perfect for anyone on a slightly tighter budget, who still wants to soak up the atmosphere of the live ceremony. Please note these seats are situated towards the edge of the room and restricted viewing may apply.

With limited availability, book now to secure your place.

Don't worry if your guests have changed closer to the time - we will be contacting you six weeks prior to the event date to confirm this information.

We will be contacting you six weeks prior to the event date to request information on any accessibility or dietary requirements. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet these if provided less than two weeks from the event date.

The ceremony will be filmed and streamed live on the night through our website. Though the main focus of the filming will be the stage audience members may feature in the footage. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

The health and safety of all attending delegates, exhibitors and staff at APM’s events is of paramount importance to us. We will work in conjunction with venues to implement their safety precautions and any applicable UK Government guidance to make events as safe as possible for everyone.

Please note the below may be subject to change to fall in line with any changes in government requirements.

In-line with current UK Government guidance related to large attendance events, the use of a Covid Pass by its attendees is seen as one of the most effective methods to minimise the risk of Covid-19 spreading.

The Covid Pass gives confirmation that attendees have received both doses of a vaccine, or that they have recorded a negative test result via a lateral flow test within 48hrs prior to an event.

We therefore ask that all attending delegates present a Covid Pass at this event, via the NHS app, upon arrival at the venue. Information about how to obtain a Covid pass can be found here.

For those attendees who are not yet fully vaccinated, this will require that they undertake a lateral flow test within 48hrs prior to the event. Should a delegate receive a positive test result, they will be eligible to either a full refund of their ticket, or a transfer to a virtual-only event ticket. Please see APM’s Terms and Conditions for standard terms and refund policy.

If, for any reason, a delegate would be unable, or would prefer not, to undertake a lateral flow test, we ask that those delegates consider watching the event virtually. For existing ticket bookings the normal refund policy applies (see APM’s Terms and Conditions), except in the case that the delegates can provide evidence of a positive Covid test (see above).

APM recommends that all attending delegates follow suitable safety precautions for an enclosed event:

Wear suitable face coverings when moving around the venue (may be removed when sitting at the table)

Maintain a reasonable distance from other delegates when moving around the venue

Follow all onsite instructions provided

APM will ensure that:

Hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue

All usable areas at the venue are regularly disinfected

The venue is arranged to allow the flow of attendees to move freely with plenty of space
