Liz Higginson is a successful programme manager professional and has spent seventeen years of her career working for Nationwide Building Society. Her career has seen her working on various projects implementing agile with great success. These projects have involved leading teams through change delivery using agile and change methodologies, providing environments to empower teams by encouraging innovative thinking and agile ways of working and delivery of an agile flexible approach with business and project stakeholders. Liz now spends her time as an independent consultant running One44 Consultancy, a training and business consultancy business.
