Andrew helps aspiring leaders build transformational competencies and capabilities - leveraging best practice lessons learned and global experience. 

Andrew has worked in the UK and internationally for over 35 years, designing, implementing, operating or assuring the delivery of large complex technology modernisation and built infrastructure projects. He has in particular, been instrumental in the design and operation of the governance structures and project management offices for a series of multi-year programmes, with investments exceeding £1billion.

He has contributed extensively to the development of best management practice. He has authored guidance and thought leadership for Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom, AXELOS, PeopleCert, Association for Project Management, Information Security Forum, Project Management Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopersCoopers. Examples of topics include governance, audit, assurance management, management of risk, programme management offices, security architecture, benefit realisation, and innovation.

Andrew is a professor of Management at Skema Business School and a Visiting Fellow of Cranfield School of Management. His areas of research and teaching focuses on projectification, public projects and consulting skills for project manager.

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Cranfield University, a Masters Business Administration (MBA) from Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor Science (B.Sc.) Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is a Fellow of Institute of Consulting, Fellow of Association of Project Management and a committee member of the Association for Project Management’s assurance network.
