These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the APM Membership Value Proposition Survey prize draw (the “Prize Draw”).

Opening and closing dates

The Prize Draw will open on 19/02/26 (the “Opening Date”) and will close on 29/03/26 at 23:59:59 (GMT) (the “Closing Date”).
 
The winner and the prize

There will be two winners of the Prize Draw (each defined as a “Winner”).

Both Winners will win a £100 Amazon voucher (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable by you. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equivalent or greater value if the Prize is unavailable.
 
Eligibility and conditions of entry

You are eligible to enter the Prize Draw if, at the time of submitting an entry to the Prize Draw in accordance with this (the “Entry”), you meet the following requirements (which we may require you to evidence in order to verify your Entry): you are aged 18 or over.
 
The Prize Draw is free to enter. To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the survey with all the required details between the Opening Date and the Closing Date (inclusive). You may only submit one Entry.
 
We reserve the right to exclude your Entry from the Prize Draw if:

  • it does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;
  • it is submitted after the Closing Date;
  • it is incomplete or illegible;
  • it is submitted in bulk, in conjunction with other entries or parties, or on behalf of an organisation or another individual (including by an agent);
  • the submission is the result of an automatic computer generation;
  • you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the prize; or
  • your conduct is otherwise contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.

Winner announcement
 
The Winner will be selected at random using a computerised process from all valid and eligible Entries submitted by the Closing Date.

We will contact the two Winners by email at the address provided in their Entry on or before 01/05/26 to inform them of their win, and to ask them to confirm their email address details for the purpose of our delivery of the Prize. If a Winner does not confirm their details for delivery by return email within one week of request, we may void their Entry and award the Prize to another Participant.
We will deliver the Prize within 30 days of the Winner confirming their email delivery details. 
 
Data privacy
 
We will collect the content and information you submit when you participate in this Prize Draw to facilitate the Prize Draw and to manage your Entry and delivery of any Prize. See also above regarding the announcement of the two Winners. The survey results will remain anonymous, and responses will be kept confidential. 
 
We shall process any personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement. 
 
General

Any decision made by us regarding the Prize Draw will be final and binding.
 
We accept no responsibility or liability for any:

  • failure of a third party (including, without limitation, any delivery provider used by us) to fulfil its contractual obligations;
  • Entry not seen or taken into account by us for technical reasons (including any Entry which is lost, damaged or delayed as a result of a network, computer hardware or software failure or internet issue), noting that we will not accept proof of submission of your Entry as proof of receipt; or communications from us which are not seen or delivered as a result of a network, computer hardware or software failure, as a result of an invalid e-mail or other address provided to us, or any ‘spam’ or ‘junk mail’ filter settings (or equivalent) on your email or social media account.
