emerging trends Eleri Evans, director of Trans4rm Ltd and Tim Lyons, managing director of Gestionnaire Ltd will be speaking at the Project Challenge Spring Show 2015 on coaching in the project environment.

In this session they will be looking at how coaching can be used to help to focus project organisations, how it can help within the project community and how its use in the project environment can improve performance.

Eleri and Tim are both members of the APM People Specific Interest Group who have recently released a free-to-download guide: Coaching in the Project Environment. This is the latest Emerging Trend guide from APM that covers the growing phenomenon of coaching project individuals and project teams in order to get better results.
