Aga Gajownik is a Social Entrepreneur, Start-up strategist, and Educator leading Scrum Educational Experience Ltd., and Innovation and Integration Pte. Ltd.. She specialises in creating development frameworks for innovation transformation, digital leadership, and entrepreneurship education using hackathons, Agile methodologies, and experiential learning.  

She is currently based in Singapore focusing on enterprise innovation. She mainly helps teams to transform their ideas into projects and implement agile ways of working in their daily schedule. While doing so, she promotes bringing educational hackathons to local schools in various countries. 


Synopsis: How to be more agile – integrating agile approaches into project management 

Introducing Agile project management to organisations can be really challenging especially when people involved are new to Agile methodologies. For projects to succeed and have a lasting impact, project teams must be able to find the right way of working for them. 

In this talk, Aga Gajownik will reflect on the process of introducing Agile to organisations with focus on the individual development of team members.
