Natalya Sergeeva is Associate Professor in Project Management at the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, University College London. She is a leader of Construction Economics and Management MSc Programme. Natalya is consultant in the area of project and innovation leadership and narratives. She has worked with private and private organisations worldwide in providing her advice. Natalya’s research interests include how leaders make sense and mobilise narratives about innovation, sustainability, value, health and wellbeing, individual and organisational identities and branding. Her work is published in International Journal of Project Management, Project Management Journal, International Journal of Managing Projects in Business, Project Leadership and Society, Engineering Project Organization Journal, Construction Economics and Management, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Innovation Management, European Journal of Innovation Management, Creativity and Innovation Management. Natalya’s research grant projects include “Narratives of innovation: The case of UK infrastructure” sponsored by ESRC, “Innovation champions in UK infrastructure megaprojects” sponsored by PMI research programme, “Storytelling by sustainability managers” sponsored by APM.
