She demonstrated successful delivery of a number of projects, sometimes in a difficult environment, showing her positive and competent communication skills. Judges felt Pam has a bright future in project management, and her potential for further growth in the profession is evident.
Pam’s relentless drive to develop herself professionally works hand in hand with her ability to work cohesively with her team, winning over all involved and successfully delivering projects.

As a third-year apprentice, I have created strong foundations to enable me to develop and thrive in the future of Project Management.
Through consistent application of knowledge learnt on the job and my course in real-life projects, problem-solving when issues arise to enable adherence to project objectives and maximise chances of project success, and extra-curricular endeavours such as ambassadorial work and mentorship, I continue to make the most of the opportunity given to me whilst striving to positively maximise my impact on those around me.
