Dr Christine Unterhitzenberger, Associate Professor in Project Management, Director of the Leeds Centre for Projects

Dr Christine Unterhitzenberger ChPP is an Associate Professor of Project Management at the University of Leeds and Director of the Leeds Centre for Projects.

Her research is focused on behavioural and organisational aspects in projects with a particular focus on organisational justice. Her work has been published in leading academic journals and she has received funding from ESRC, EU, APM amongst others.

She is Associate Editor for the International Journal of Project Management, Chair of the British Academy Project Experiences SIG and Chair Elect for the European Academy of Management Project Organising SIG. She is a former Chair of the APM Research Advisory Group.

Prior to her academic career she worked for almost a decade in industry being responsible for the management of various large scale construction projects with a total value of more than £500 million.
