Changing the narrative: Helping business understand the value of the project profession

For more than a year, APM has been researching business leaders’ knowledge and understanding of the project profession. What we’ve discovered is that our profession is too often misperceived.

Projects, programmes and portfolios are important enablers of business success, but this is not always recognised in the C-suite.

We’re working to change the narrative among this audience, to help leaders see the true value of effective project management. This session will explain the research we’ve done, what we found and the action we’re taking. We’re also keen to hear your experiences with people in senior leadership roles, as we continue to evolve our narrative messaging into the future
