Tayyab Jamil, Managing Director, Firewood

Tayyab is Managing Director of Firewood, leading mission-critical projects for multi-national companies and government entities worldwide.

With over 20 years' experience starting at global IT service providers, he has delivered high-stakes programmes at organisations including BP plc, British Airways, London Stock Exchange Group, and Lloyds Banking Group among others. Tayyab co-authored the APM Body of Knowledge 7th Edition and IPMA Agile Leadership framework, and launched FlameFront – a forum connecting top practitioners and researchers to enhance project success. He's developed innovative solutions including the patent-pending FAST assurance platform and Resonate, an AI voice-enabled reporting tool. With a PhD in Adaptive Leadership from Birkbeck, Tayyab has taught project management at UCL and is a graduate of Strategy & Innovation from Oxford's Saïd Business School, bringing strategic vision and delivery expertise to C-Suite challenges.
