Dr. Adeshola Cole is an accomplished leader, and also the CEO of Tritek Consulting Limited. A dedicated mother of three outstanding children, her remarkable journey has been punctuated by a multitude of accolades and recent recognition in Forbes magazine. With a diverse educational background, Dr Cole holds a degree in English Literature, is PRINCE2 certified, an accredited PRINCE2 trainer, and is also Scrum Master certified.

Her journey began in various bakery shops and hotels, leading her to William Hill before she found her way to RBS. After a decade in the banking industry, Dr. Cole's dissatisfaction and ambition led her to embrace change. Transitioning to a role as a Project Manager ignited her passion for mentoring and community empowerment, resulting in the inception of Tritek Consulting.

Under her leadership, Tritek Consulting has flourished, from humble beginnings with two candidates in 2017 to over 8000 candidates in 2023. Dr. Cole's contributions have garnered accolades.
