Anne McCann FRICS, FAPM

Deputy Director, Capital Projects - London / Whitehall Campus, Government Property Agency

Anne has worked in the property and construction industry for more than thirty years on a diverse range of capital and revenue projects. She has extensive experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors including Sport England, West Quarter Consulting and Westminster City Council. 

Anne is currently Whitehall Campus Programme Director/Deputy Director for London Capital Projects at the Government Property Agency which is part of the Cabinet Office. 

Anne studied for a BSc (Hons) at London South Bank university and is a Fellow of the RICS and APM. In 2017, she completed a doctorate in the built environment which contributes new knowledge to the project management profession.  

From 2011 to 2014 Anne was Chairman of RICS’s Project Management Professional Group Board and from 2010 to 2015, Anne was a member of RICS’s UK Education and Standards Board.
