Beth Rylatt

Head of Business Change, Air Sector, BAE Systems

Beth Rylatt is a triple award winning Leader with over 15 years’ experience in Project Management, Transformation and Business Change. She has worked with the public sector including the Policing Sector, HM Courts & Tribunals Service and the NHS as well as the private sector including G4S and BAE Systems, which is where she is currently employed. She has also worked alongside other strategic partners such as Deloitte, KPMG and PA Consulting.

Beth is experienced in designing and delivering new operating models, culture change, establishing strategic partnerships, organisation re-design and business development. She has more recently been involved in establishing a Business Change capability at an international level across an organisation in addition to her delivery experience. This has involved core practitioner as well as a strengthened change leadership capability.

In her private life she is married, with three children and enjoys spending time going for long walks and reading.
