Emma is a Chartered Project Professional, with an MSc in Transformational Leadership and is an ICF qualified leadership coach. She possesses a wealth of complex programme and transformation delivery experience spanning more than 20 years across the Defence, Central and Local Government sectors.

As a leading expert, she has an enviable track record of delivery across Defence - shaping, leading and delivering fast paced, complex transformation programmes. Her experience includes optimising complex business-led transformations, recovering failing programmes, embedding sustainability into portfolios and programmes, technology-enabled implementations as well as multi-supplier outsourcing solutions, procurement, infrastructure and contract management.

Placing customers and staff at the very heart of delivery, Emma drives improved performance, evidence-based decision making balanced against pragmatic and affordable solutions.
