Hayley Burnell

Senior Portfolio Manager, Versus Arthritis

Hayley has spent the last 15 years working in the charity sector specialising in learning and development, project management, and change management within the international development, young people, and health spaces. This work has taken her all over the world from the depths of the Bornean jungle to rural communities in India.  

Now UK based, Hayley has worked on the merger and transformation of two charities, led an organisational strategic review, and designed and implemented an organisational wide approach to managing projects. She now manages the charities portfolio of projects and programmes for Versus Arthritis, along with a team of change experts.  

Outside of work, Hayley can be found rolling around in the mud at boot camp in her local park, trying desperately to stand up on a surfboard in Cornwall, or making it back from a mountain hike in time for a cold beer!’
