Jessica is a senior consultant at Mi-SGO | PCUBED, the world’s largest global programme and project management consultancy. Over the past fifteen years, Jessica has delivered UK and global projects, specialising in strategic business transformation, cyber-security, telecommunications, and software development, primarily in the Financial Services and Technology industries. 

Throughout her broad career, Jessica has recognised and championed diversity in the workplace, and is passionate about ensuring equal access to STEM. Having worked in traditional project environments for many years, she is an advocate for leadership to be adaptive, open, and prioritise the ongoing acquisition of soft skills, as a response to the ever-evolving realm of project management.
