Rachel is the planning lead for Anglo American Crop Nutrients, Woodsmith Project. She has considerable experience in planning and project controls, from small-scale projects to mega-projects such as Hinkley Point C. She has practised planning across a variety of sectors from cable cars to mining. She approaches challenges with a curious mind and perseveres despite obstacles, to get things done.

Rachel strives to create and lead with empathy. In, what at times can feel, an unstable and insecure world, Rachel believes in expecting the best in the future and working to achieve it through transformational projects. Delivering change with courage, humanity, and wisdom. After changes in her personal life, she has become a passionate advocate regarding women's workplace wellbeing.
