I lead the Change & Transformation practice at Practicus, where I specialise in recruiting senior change, transformation and PMO leaders across the public and private sectors.
Over the past eight years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of transformation leaders, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges organisations face when delivering change. Alongside my recruitment role, I've built a thriving community of senior PMO and transformation professionals.
Through roundtables, podcasts, networking events and one-to-one conversations, I bring leaders together to share experiences, tackle common challenges and learn from one another. I'm passionate about changing the way people think about PMOs.
I believe the PMO has the potential to be one of the most influential functions in an organisation when it's positioned as a strategic partner rather than simply a reporting function. Much of what I do is focused on connecting people, sharing ideas and helping organisations and leaders realise that potential.
