Her expertise is firmly rooted in project and programme delivery, complemented by practical experience in portfolio management and establishing a Portfolio Office within a large organisation.

Kristiane is passionate about creating the organisational conditions that enable successful delivery. She believes PMOs and Portfolio Offices play a critical role in connecting strategy, governance and delivery, ensuring organisations can prioritise change effectively and maximise the value of their investments.
