Kristiane Kronsbein is a volunteer with the APM Portfolio Management Interest Network and a transformation leader with more than 20 years' experience delivering complex organisational change. Her expertise is firmly rooted in project and programme delivery, complemented by practical experience in portfolio management and establishing a Portfolio Office within a large organisation.
Kristiane is passionate about creating the organisational conditions that enable successful delivery. She believes PMOs and Portfolio Offices play a critical role in connecting strategy, governance and delivery, ensuring organisations can prioritise change effectively and maximise the value of their investments.
