Nermeen Latif is a Technical Director at WSP and a PMO, governance and programme controls specialist with extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure and public sector programmes.
Passionate about the intersection of project delivery, data and emerging technology, she is currently undertaking a Level 7 AI Apprenticeship, focusing on the practical and responsible application of AI within project management.
Nermeen is a strong advocate for human-centred AI, using technology to strengthen human capability, extend expertise and enhance decision-making rather than replace it. She is particularly interested in helping organisations adopt AI responsibly while building more efficient, data-driven and future-ready delivery environments.
