About us

APM in the Channel Islands (APMCI) was formed in 2019 as a dedicated group of project professionals committed to raising the bar for the project profession in Guernsey and Jersey. We are proud to have been recognised and established as the newest APM Branch in 2023. As a Branch, we work tirelessly with those responsible for and undertaking change across all of the islands’ industries to promote the value of the project profession and best practice delivery. Our aim is to be recognised as the local body representing an established project management profession.

Our programme of work includes industry engagement, in-person and virtual events, education, and promotion of the APM values, including the body of knowledge, competency frameworks, and pathways to professional development, including Chartership.

The Channel Islands committee is made up of Chartered and Fellow APM members, along with experienced project professionals. We have extensive expertise in banking, finance, technology, digital transformation, regulation, telecommunications, construction, facilities, utilities, marketing, not-for-profit sectors, and advisory.
