Amy Morley is a Programme Management Senior Director at AECOM, a global leader in delivering large, complex infrastructure programmes.
As part of AECOM’s Programme Management Global Business Line, Amy supports clients around the world and is currently based in Toronto, Canada, where she has a key leadership role on a major rail programme.
Amy also serves as Board Chair of the Association for Project Management (APM) in the UK, where she provides strategic oversight and guidance to advance APM’s mission of promoting and developing the project management and project controls professions.
Prior to joining AECOM, Amy spent ten years at High Speed Two (HS2), the UK’s largest infrastructure program. Over the course of her career, she has held progressively senior roles across HS2 Ltd, the UK Cabinet Office, and the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). Through these positions, she has built deep expertise in project management and project controls, underpinned by formal qualifications and extensive experience managing complex, high‑profile projects.
