Carl Elden-Ford is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and Transformation Leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex, high-stakes, multi-million-pound initiatives within Financial Services and the Lloyd’s and Specialty Insurance markets. 

Throughout his career, Carl has successfully bridged technical complexity with executive decision-making. Focusing heavily on engagement, culture, and human behaviour, he integrates robust governance frameworks (including SAFe and PRINCE2) with active coaching and team empowerment. By bringing business and technology together into a shared culture, he ensures that teams feel inspired, connected, and equipped to succeed throughout the delivery lifecycle. 

A passionate advocate for the project profession, Carl actively mentors and coaches practitioners within the APM community, with a core focus on leadership effectiveness and navigating change and transformation in an increasingly complex digital world.
