Eddy Datubo is the Group Director of Transformation at the BBC, where he leads the organisation's transformation agenda, overseeing strategic change initiatives and a portfolio of key programmes that deliver sustainable value across the business. With over 28 years of experience in business transformation, programme delivery, leadership and strategic change, he has built a distinguished career leading large-scale transformation programmes across the Media, Energy, Financial Services, and Consulting sectors.   He is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM) and serves as a Non-Executive Member of the Audit & Risk Committee at St Paul’s Cathedral. 

Throughout his career, Eddy has worked with globally recognised organisations including IBM, Reuters (now Thomson Reuters), Lloyds Banking Group, BP, Tullow Oil, and Neptune Energy, driving business innovation, operational excellence, and complex change programmes. He is recognised for his collaborative leadership style, strong values, and proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide transformational change on a global scale.
