Her career spans PMO, commercial, project and resource management, and operational leadership, giving her a broad perspective on delivering complex change in uncertain environments. 

She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and strengthening governance, risk and change management, ensuring strategic intent is translated into effective, credible delivery. A passionate advocate for transparency and constructive challenge, she believes effective PMOs create the conditions for difficult conversations, early risk escalation and independent thinking, helping leaders make better decisions when transformation is under pressure.
