APM webinar co-hosted by the London Network and the Built Environment Interest Network on 28 October 2026.

This webinar gave project professionals a grounded, non-hype view of what AI is doing in the sector today. It showcased three tools through short demonstrations, explained where each one fits in real project work, and closed with an open Q&A.

Housing and construction are being reshaped by AI, but many project professionals still need clarity on where these tools genuinely add value. This practical webinar explores how AI is being used across planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, visualisation and project delivery.

Rather than focusing on predictions or hype, the session examined three tools through short demonstrations and real project use cases. The speakers explained where each tool fits, what it takes to adopt, and the limitations project teams should understand. The webinar concluded with an open discussion on change management, stakeholder confidence and responsible adoption.

 What to Expect

  • An overview of how AI is currently being applied across housing and construction
  • Short demonstrations of SuperIntern, TapNow and Manifest
  • Practical examples of their use in stakeholder engagement, communication, filmmaking and 3D modelling
  • Honest discussion on cost, adoption barriers, limitations and organisational readiness
  • Live audience Q&A with the speakers

Benefits of Attending

Attendees gained a grounded understanding of how AI tools can support real project work and where they may not be suitable. The session helped project professionals assess tools more confidently, communicate complex information clearly and support stakeholder buy-in during technology adoption.

Participants also received available trial credits or discount codes for the featured tools, allowing them to explore the applications within their own project environments after the webinar.
