APM supporting Civil Service Live throughout June and July

Association for Project Management (APM) has once again been attending and exhibiting at Civil Service Live to engage and support project professionals within the civil service.

Taking place between June and July 2025 at locations across the UK, Civil Service Live brings together civil servants and the wider public service to listen to thought-provoking sessions, and hear from inspiring people sharing their experiences, knowledge and expertise. The overarching theme for 2025 is designed around Pride in Public Service, with a focus on being more skilled, innovative and ambitious.

APM is attending Civil Service Live to support Government Project Delivery, which is the function and profession of project delivery in the UK government. This collaborative organisation connects over 26,000 civil servants who deliver projects across the country. Government Project Delivery is hosted by the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA), reporting to the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury.

Caspar Bartington (pictured), Head of Commercial Partnerships for APM, said: “As the only chartered membership organisation for the project profession, representing the profession at these events is very important for APM. Collaborating with NISTA at Civil Service Live gives us the perfect chance to meet and support those involved with government projects, whether they are APM corporate partners or individual APM members, see their work and the development of project delivery across government. It’s also a great way to chat with other civil servants who are interested in building their project knowledge, even though they are not project professionals.
