Houston, We Had a Problem: Lessons from the Edge of Collapse
In the world of project management, success is often celebrated, but it’s failure that truly teaches us the most. This webinar was hosted by the Scotland Network on 13 November 2025.
Whether it’s missed deadlines, scope creep, budget overruns, or stakeholder misalignment, every failed project carries valuable insights that can strengthen our future delivery.
This session was designed not to dwell on setbacks, but to unpack them, objectively and constructively. We explored real-world examples, identified common root causes, and discussed practical strategies to turn failure into a foundation for growth. Because as experienced professionals, we know that resilience, reflection, and continuous improvement are at the heart of project excellence.
