Behavioural and neuro-sciences is an area of project management that is an important aspect but not always recognised as a key aspect in the successful delivery of a project.

At this webinar delivered on Wednesday 21 May, we talked about how behavioural sciences can impact the success of your project and the bad behaviours that you should be aware off that lead to a project going aware from the planned intent.

The flavour of this webinar was to touch upon strategic mis-representation; cognitive biases, effects on decision making.

This was a wide subject but the webinar raised the awareness to the attendees when looking to progress their own project and avoid behavioural science pitfalls. More importantly, how to be successful knowing that behavioural science can impact the project outcome.

At the end of the webinar, attendees went away questioning their own decision biases and the processes in place for project delivery and governance.
