APM seeks to unveil the ambitions of the project profession in 2017
To coincide with APM’s biggest ever conference, entitled ‘Making the Mould’, APM has launched its #futurepmgoal competition in a bid to find out exactly what project professionals are striving to achieve throughout 2017. Do you plan to mentor a young colleague, update your project management skills by taking a course, become an RPP, work in a new emerging sector or build on your CPD record?
Hosted across APM’s social media channels, the competition will give members and project professionals a chance to win an Apple Watch by sharing their aspirations, ambitions and the key challenges they aim to overcome this year.
By collating your responses, APM hopes to gain a broader understanding of not just the ambitions of project professionals, but also understand how the profession is evolving and diversifying through new sectors, skills and technology to face ever more complex projects. We’d like to create a detailed insight into the changing face of the industry. So tell us more about your plans!
There will also be the chance to enter the competition at the award-winning APM Project Management Conference, to be held on 27 April 2017, at the world-famous Barbican Centre, London - a venue which, much like our profession, emanates forward thinking and visionary technology concepts to deliver benefits for the masses. The conference will explore the new boundaries of project management the new practices and new sectors the profession must now operates in, reflecting on how they will transform the way we work in order to remain confident and competent as a profession.
