Fiona Racher

For the last 25 years Fiona has been engaged in successfully marketing information solutions on a global stage. She attributes her success to the strong long-term strategic relationships she develops with customers, business partners, and our risk community.

Her focus is the future; coming up with new ideas and original solutions to move things forward. Fiona enjoys looking beyond immediate concerns to see the big picture and spotting opportunities of mutual benefit for all. From an early age, Fiona has put a great deal of effort into building her skills and knowledge, often reflecting on holidays as a teenager spent sailing, and something that Colin, their sea dog skipper said. “The day I stop learning is the day I stop sailing; it would be dangerous to continue”. She enjoys nurturing and encouraging the next generation of leaders to be the best they can.

Fiona believes that there is no better time than now to consider how uncertainty could affect the organisation and its objectives, not purely in a negative way, but also from a positive, innovation and opportunity perspective. There is a compelling case to look the benefits that can be gained from change. Doing nothing is simply not an option.

Synopsis: How do you ensure your project is central to the future success of your organisation
