In his role as Enterprise Risk Manager at Rolls-Royce Plc Peter supports the development and deployment of innovative tool-sets that deliver tangible benefits to risk management within the company. As part of the company’s risk transformation programme Peter has introduced the bow tie method to enterprise risk management (ERM), with a pan organisation approach to revitalise risk identification and treatment whilst focusing the company on managing the controls that matter.

In addition to this work, Peter supports day to day risk management activity in Rolls-Royce’s operating functions, which includes, HS&E, IT, business continuity and purchasing.
