As part of the Discovery Zone, delegates can book an informal appointment with an experienced ChPP to discover more about their experience of becoming chartered and ask questions about the chartered application process.
Appointments are now open with the following ChPPs once you have bought your ticket. Please read their profiles, industry sector and their route to chartered to find the person best suited to you.

How to book your appointment via the Attendee hub
Once you have bought your ticket and registered for the event, click here to book an appointment with one of the ChPP’s. Please follow the instructions below on how to book:
- Click the button below to go to the Attendee hub.
- Log in by entering your first name, last name, and the email address you used to make your booking.
- You will then receive an email with a verification code to enter for access to the APM Conference attendee hub.
- Once you're logged in, it will take you to the 'My schedule' page.
- Click the 'Schedule appointment' button.
- Select the ChPP you would like to schedule an appointment with and type the ChPP's name into the 'Attendees' box and click their name.
- Select the available time you would like to meet them.
- Type in the subject line 'ChPP 121 with your first name last name'.
- Click 'Book appointment'.
Please be aware when you book the meeting, the confirmation email to the ChPP will come from your email address.
