Dr Cristina Mas-Peiro, PMP® is as a Project Leader at Airbus based in Hamburg (Germany), managing complex technical projects with transnational teams across sites. She brings extensive international experience (UK, US, DE, FR, ES), fluency in 5 languages and a strong background in Business and Mechanical Engineering (holding both a Master's & Bachelor's degree in each field).
Most recently, she has taken on the additional role of Sustainability Manager within the new development perimeter at Airbus, after completing her part-time Engineering PhD on sustainability and decarbonization strategies.
Since moving to Hamburg, she has reignited her passion for sailing and will be working on her next boating license this summer.

Using real-world examples, Cristina will draw on her expertise and experience to talk through how project professionals can embed sustainability into their project objectives and more clearly define sustainable management principles when creating project management plans.
This will include how to incorporate sustainability elements into schedule, scope, budget, and baselines across the entire project life-cycle. Ideal for mid-career projects professionals upwards, in any sector.
