James Lea - Director, Project Science Ltd
James Lea is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management and a Fellow of the British Computer Society. As the founder of Project Science Ltd (www.projectscience.co.uk) and a seasoned project and programme manager, he specialises in discovering and exploiting the ‘physics of projects’: the science behind project, programme and portfolio delivery.
James uses science, mathematics and machine learning to scope, plan, control and predict project and programme outcomes. James is a keen practitioner of high quality, ultra-low defect approaches that reduce project delivery risk, while maximising upsides. He is a fan of Taleb and enjoys building anti-fragile complex change endeavours utilising data, machine learning and continuous improvement.
James is an active member of the project data science and AI communities, delivers APM webinars and presents at APM regional network events on AI and data in delivery.
