Jo holds the title of Chartered Project Professional & is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management, with two decades of experience successfully delivering programmes & projects in healthcare. For 10 years, Jo served as Head of the Corporate Portfolio Management Office & Head of Profession at Health Education England & (HEE).
Jo is the founder of the Healthcare Project & Change Association, a not-for-profit community interest company committed to equipping health & care organisations & professionals with the skills & knowledge needed to innovate services & quality.
Jo is passionate about leveraging expertise from different professional backgrounds, industrial sectors, & global communities. She strongly supports professionalisation of the project & change workforce in healthcare, including the use of professional standards as a strategy for attracting & retaining a highly skilled project & change workforce in healthcare, to ensure the sustainability & excellence of health & care services for future generations.
