Natasha ClarkNatasha Clark – Programme and Change Manager, The Environment Agency

I bring over 15 years of experience in leading complex, high-impact change across public and non-profit sectors.

My career has been defined by driving strategic transformation, embedding behavioural change, and shaping resilient, future-facing organisations. With a strong foundation in programme and change management, I’ve delivered critical initiatives for the Environment Agency—most recently spearheading a multi-million-pound decarbonisation programme—and previously led nationwide restructures, governance redesign, and cultural shifts.

I hold a BA in English and Social Sciences, alongside professional qualifications in strategic change, behavioural science, and leadership, meaning I fuse academic insight with practical expertise. As a certified Pro Sci Change Practitioner and experienced trainer and coach, I’ve developed and embedded change methods used across organisations, mentoring hundreds of practitioners at all levels. My leadership style is energetic, strategic, and people-centred and I am passionate about enabling others to thrive, unlocking potential in teams and individuals, and ensuring sustainable, inclusive change.

From working with senior executives and government stakeholders to supporting youth development through The Prince’s Trust, I have always championed purpose-driven progress. I believe in leaving a legacy—where transformation is not just delivered, but deeply embedded.
