Tamsin Alli-Balogun, Associate Director, AtkinsRéalis

Tamsin is an Associate Director at AtkinsRéalis. She is also a Chartered APM Fellow and member of APM’s Volunteer Delivery Group and Knowledge Interest Network.

Starting her career as a technical sustainability consultant, Tamsin built up 10 years of experience as a project manager on large engineering design schemes before moving into strategic leadership of Business Improvement Programmes. Tamsin’s role has a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and collaboration. She believes these skills are essential in delivering sustainable and resilient projects, since sustainability cannot be achieved in silos. Although she admits to actively avoiding networking events in her early career, Tamsin is now a firm advocate of the value of building a strong network of project professionals throughout our careers.

During the conference, Tamsin will be facilitating a structured networking session with a sustainability theme, and a roundtable discussion on the value of knowledge-sharing in sustainability.
