Whilst taking cognisance of future trends shaping industries. Alongside the delivery of construction projects I have taken on championship across my various roles in inclusivity, health and wellbeing, innovation to ensure organizations remain competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
In the realm of equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EEDI), I have actively contributed to embedding inclusive practices within teams and project environments, recognizing their role in fostering a sustainable workforce. My experience extends to driving design team to consider inclusive design, ensuring projects create long-term societal value by integrating diverse perspectives into planning, execution, and operational phases. My knowledge of innovative project delivery methods, including modular construction and digital twin technology, has allowed me to support organizations in achieving efficiency while maintaining sustainability objectives. Additionally, I have worked on leveraging AI and data-driven insights in a real world environment.
Understanding and managing project stakeholder sustainability expectations is another key area of expertise. I have experience in navigating the complexities of value engineering while maintaining sustainability goals, working closely with project sponsors to drive alignment between business objectives and environmental responsibility. This is specifically derived from taking projects from inception to handover.
Finally, I have successfully contributed to the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, embedding them into corporate frameworks and project lifecycles. This experience ensures I can provide practical insights into how organizations can make sustainability a core pillar of their strategic decision-making.
I have worked with clients to develop routes outside of typical accreditation routes to realise benefits and strategies that can make a difference on day one.
