Zoe Le Grand, Managing Director - UK/EU Team, Forum for the Future 

Zoe leads Forum’s UK/EU team and sits on the Senior Leadership Team, with strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure it is on track to deliver Forum’s strategy of creating a just and regenerative future. Zoe has over a decade's experience providing sustainability advice and expertise to organisations from all different sectors, including FMCG companies such as Unilever, Levi Strauss in fashion, Walgreens Boots Alliance in health and beauty, Kingfisher in retail as well as NGOs such as the World YMCA and foundations such as the C&A foundation. She takes a positive and future-looking approach, inspiring sustainability executives and teams to be brave and ambitious in their sustainability strategies. She has spoken at numerous global conferences including Green Biz, UN conferences and guest lecturing at Harvard and LSE. 

Zoe started her career in housing policy before moving on to deliver sustainability related research, projects, policy advice and events for the construction industry improvement body, Constructing Excellence. 

Zoe has a BA in Contemporary History from the University of Sussex and an MSC in Business Strategy and the Environment from Birkbeck, University of London, with a distinction for her thesis on restorative business models.
