Head of Centre of Excellence for Transformation, British Airways

Passionate about change and transformation, Paula has been leading the delivery of the multi-million pound portfolio for British Airways.

Joining BA in 2001 Paula worked in several roles in the Airline, building her knowledge and expertise before securing her role in Transformation where she led and developed a team of over 50 Programme and Project managers to deliver numerous strategic programmes.

Seeking a new challenge, Paula has recently been appointed Head of Centre of Excellence for Transformation – supporting the delivery of a £7 billion pound investment. Acting as the ‘glue’ across Transformation, driving best practice and empowering BA to achieve execution excellence through innovative solutions. Paula is also responsible for driving the engagement and a culture of Transformation across BA, through capability building and impactful communications.

In her free time and as a true Ambassador of the airline, Paula enjoys global travel experiencing local cultures as well as spending time with friends and family.
