Daniel is a Senior Project Manager for Turner & Townsend’s Energy and Natural Resources business, bringing over a decade of experience delivering complex projects and business transformation initiatives across the energy sector, predominantly in oil and gas, and nuclear new build. He combines strong commercial acumen with proven project leadership capabilities, consistently delivering strategic outcomes in highly regulated, safety-critical environments.
Daniel is currently embedded within the Hinkley Point C Project, where he leads and delivers people-focused transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain Directorate. Working across diverse stakeholder groups, he drives organisational change, improves operational effectiveness, and supports the successful delivery of one of Europe’s largest and most complex infrastructure programmes.

Prior to joining Turner & Townsend, Daniel successfully managed the end-to-end procurement, construction, and upgrade of a specialist pipe-lay vessel involving more than 80 subcontractors and suppliers. This work was critical to the successful delivery of an $81 million offshore gas pipeline project and played a key role in supporting the client’s strategic objective of reducing gas flaring and improving environmental performance. Throughout his career, he has developed and negotiated complex contracts, established and implemented project control frameworks, managed multidisciplinary teams and supply chains, and ensured strict compliance with technical, quality, regulatory, and health and safety requirements.
Daniel is recognised as a collaborative and results-driven leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. His ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead transformational change, and build trusted client relationships enables him to deliver sustainable business improvements and successful project outcomes.

Academically, Daniel holds a MSc Project Management from the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, a MBA Management and a BEng (Hons) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka as well as multiple PM accreditations (including the APM PMQ and NEC4 ECC PMA). His combination of academic excellence and practical delivery experience provides a strong foundation for leading complex programmes and driving organisational success.
