Delivering Change: Projects that Benefit Society
Our Delivering Change: Projects that Benefit Society conference will explore how effective change delivery, strong benefit management and purposeful leadership combine to turn projects into meaningful, measurable societal value, with a focus on:
- aligning people, processes and organisational purpose to create the foundations for sustainable change
- embedding benefit management to move beyond outputs and ensure outcomes are realised, measured and sustained
- identifying, planning and tracking benefits throughout the project lifecycle
- turning well designed change into successful, value driven delivery
- overcoming common change and delivery challenges through practical, real-world approaches
Showcasing case studies from the South West and Wales, the conference will highlight lessons learned, best practice and regional insight into delivering change that makes a difference, while recognising the unique opportunities and challenges shaping transformation across the region.
With a strong future focus, the conference will also explore how projects can deliver long term societal benefits through innovation, sustainability and policy frameworks, including:
- Wales: how the Well-being of Future Generations Act shapes project management and delivery of change
- England: how projects contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals
The event will provide opportunities to exchange knowledge, build professional networks, and gain practical insight into delivering change that benefits society—during the project and long after delivery is complete.
