The award-winning Association for Project Management (APM), has enhanced its offering to members and the wider project community thanks to the launch of a brand new careers hub.

The hub allows project professionals to apply for the latest jobs and opportunities from leading organisations and thanks to an innovative new role profiler also allows members to gauge what skills, qualifications and experience they need in order to make the next step in their career.

Reflecting on the new jobs board means for project managers, Sara Drake chief executive of APM commented:

“APM is committed to promoting the awareness of job opportunities within the project management profession and opportunities for career progression. By offering our members and the wider public access to a standalone responsive jobs board, we can continue to attract talent to the profession and offer candidates excellent job opportunities.”

The role profiler and salary survey which sits alongside the jobs board allows members to see how their current role compares to the wider industry and provides tailored and detailed guidance to members on the steps they need to make the get to the next rung of the career ladder.

The hub also allows access to APM’s 2016 Salary and Market Trends Survey; the largest of its kind in the UK. The report offers an in-depth insight into the profession and allows us to see current growth and trends throughout the industry.

The survey which was completed by nearly 5,000 project professionals highlights exactly what organisations are looking for in their project mangement team and clearly shows where in the UK project professionals are thriving.

Together, the suite of tools will help project professionals to achieve their potential.
